Exhibition

DSTC registered to exhibit training and installation of solar systems. All exhibition booths were ready on Monday 8th August by 3pm however the DSTC booths as well as other booth numbers were changed at the last minute by the Energy Commission due to some technical problems.

On Tuesday 9th August the exhibition opened at about 9:30am by the acting Minister of Power Hon. Seth Tepker, Minister of Trade and Industry Hon Ekow Spio Garbrah, Minister of Science and Technology Hon Bernice Herloo and the Energy Commission Board Chairman Dr. Kwame Ampofo.

Out of the number who visited, 5 people registered for installation and Maintenance training, we also recorded a sale of 30 Led bulbs at the stand.

Conclusion
The 2nd Renewable energy Fair by Energy Commission wasn’t as well attended and well organized as other exhibitions which DSTC has participated, however this was done at a cheaper cost also compared to other exhibitions. The exhibition ended at 3pm on Thursday 11th August.
